Kate teaches us how to make Peanut Butter fudge for Thanksgiving!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3 Cups White Sugar 3/4 Cup butter or margarine 2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk 1 10 oz. package of PB chips 1 7 oz. jar of fluff 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS: 1. Line 9x13 pan with tin foil, butter lightly. 2. In a heavy 4-quart guage sauce pan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. 3. Heat to full boil, stirring continuously over medium heat for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, add PB chips - stir until melted. 5. Add fluff, stir until smooth. 6. Add vanilla extract. 7. Pour into pan. 8. Chill in fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
